How to become a Referrer
- Register in the Referral Program using the form
- Save the Referral ID given to you upon form completion
- Share the Referral code to your friends and family
- Make sure the people you refer use your Referral ID while registering for the study
Referral Qualification Criteria
- Participants must register via website or mention your actual referral ID during screening for the study
- Participant must complete the screening visit to qualify as a referral
- Referral must not have participated in any study with Revive Research Institute in the past 12 months
*Referral gift cards are generally given out within 30 days of completion of screening visit
